Do you install Generac generators?
Yes — we install and service Generac home standby generators: sizing, the pad, the transfer switch, the gas or propane hookup, and the testing. We’re an independent installer, not a dealer showroom, so you get a straight recommendation for your house instead of a sales quota.
Why do I need a standby generator here?
Because Greene County outages are real and can run long, and most homes outside the villages are on a private well — no power means no water, no heat, and the risk of frozen pipes. A standby unit starts on its own and carries the essentials until the line is back.
Do you do electrical work too?
Yes — old and new electric work: service and panel upgrades, new circuits and wiring, meter and mast work, and generator hookups. Tell us what you have going on and we’ll tell you straight what it needs.
Are you still doing welding and fabrication?
Always — it’s the trade the shop was built on. On-site and in-shop welding: plow frames, trailers and hitches, racks, railings, exhaust, and farm and equipment repair. Larry has more than two decades on the welder.
